Coronavirus (Covid-19)

latest information and advice

The clinic continuously adheres to the latest guidance from Health Service Executive and the Society of Chiropody & Podiatry Ireland.

We promise to help keep you safe by:

  • Allowing spaces between patient treatments.

  • Regularly disinfecting all contact points.

  • Disinfecting waiting room and treatment chairs after use.

  • Wearing face masks & visors at all times.

In return, please show you care by:

  • Keeping to your appointment time rather than arriving early.

  • Use alcohol hand gel when you arrive and leave (wall mounted dispenser located to your right as you enter the clinic).

  • Keeping two metres away from other patients and staff.

  • Showing patience if there is a short delay to treatment.

  • Be patient when telephoning and wait for the answer service. Please provide us with all the necessary information so we can book the correct appointment for you ASAP.

  • Emails/Facebook messenger may take to respond to but do provide pictures or detailed information if requesting information or an appointment.

The measures we have taken at the clinic include

  1. We have a wall mounted alcohol hand gel dispenser located to your right as you enter the clinic for all patients use upon arrival and departure (or we may ask you wash your hands with soap).

  2. We are spraying surface disinfectant on surfaces that come into contact with the public including door handles, taps etc.

  3. We have spread out the chairs in the waiting room and removed magazines and reading material. Waiting room & clinic chairs are sanitised between client use.

  4. We will not charge for missed appointments due to COVID-19 related concerns.

  5. We have increased the spacing between appointments by an average of 10 minutes to reduce interaction between consecutive patients.

  6. Please don’t arrive early for your appointment.

  7. We offer contactless payments & emailed receipts.
